Do I need to type all my medicines?
No. A ready medicine catalogue is included. You add the items you stock in a click, or import your opening stock and distributor bills from Excel.
Can I use it outside India?
Yes. Choose your country when you sign up — currency, tax label (VAT / GST / sales tax), date format and timezone are set for you.
How do I pay, and when does my account start?
Pay online with the available methods at checkout. Your pharmacy account is created automatically right after the payment is confirmed.
What if the internet stops?
The billing screen keeps working offline and syncs your bills automatically when the connection is back.
Can staff see my profit or purchase rates?
No. Counter staff can only bill. Profit, purchase rates and settings are visible only to roles you allow.
