KemistCircle is a subscription-based software service for pharmacy billing and inventory. Features depend on your plan.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users you create.
Access is provided for the period you have paid for. Fees are shown at checkout before payment. Your account is created or renewed only after successful payment. Prices may change for future renewals.
You own the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, tax calculations, drug-licence compliance and statutory records. Tax rates and reports are provided as a convenience; please verify them with your accountant before filing.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, upload unlawful content or interfere with the platform.
We work to keep the service available and take regular backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own exports of critical records.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time; fees already paid are subject to the Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
