• Account details: business name, your name, email, mobile number, country and login ID.
• Business data you enter into the software: items, stock, sales, purchases, customers and suppliers. This data belongs to you.
• Payment information: payments are processed by third-party gateways (such as Razorpay or Stripe). We do not store your card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and log data for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use information

To create and run your account, process subscription payments, provide support, send service messages, prevent fraud and improve the product.

4. Data separation and security

Every pharmacy account has its own separate database. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing, sensitive settings are encrypted, and access is protected by role-based permissions and an audit log. We take regular backups.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with payment processors, hosting providers and messaging services needed to deliver the service, or when required by law.

6. Retention
